Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This website (relayassist.co) sets only the cookies needed for features you chose yourself. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why no consent banner is shown: strictly necessary and user-requested preference cookies do not require consent under EU law (ePrivacy Directive and GDPR), UK law or US state privacy laws.

Browser local storage
Besides cookies, the site stores the keys admin_lang and admin_theme in your browser's localStorage with the same language and theme values. They are never sent to the server.
Third-party cookies
If a page embeds a video, it loads from youtube-nocookie.com and only after you press play. No request reaches Google before that. Fonts are served from our own server; no request is made to Google Fonts.
The dashboard (app.relayassist.co)
The dashboard is a separate site with its own rules. Its only cookie is for analytics: it is set only after you press Allow, and only on app.relayassist.co, so it never reaches relayassist.co. Everything else lives in your browser's storage and is not used to track you.
The dashboard sends nothing to PostHog (EU cloud) until you press Allow. After that it sends usage events, such as pages opened, features used and errors. Once you sign in, they are linked to your account id, company id, role (and the role you are viewing as) and whether the company is a training company, never your name or email. If you press No thanks, nothing is sent at all.

To withdraw consent, clear the site data for app.relayassist.co in your browser settings. The stored id is removed, nothing more is sent, and the prompt appears again on your next visit.
Managing cookies
You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site then falls back to its default language and theme. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from reading the site.
