1. Who may use the service
Relay Assist is for carrier companies and dispatch agencies working with Amazon Relay. A user must be at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these terms for their organization. The service is not offered to consumers.
2. What the service does and does not do
Relay Assist is a dispatch assistant. The extension applies presets your team saved to the Amazon Relay Post-a-Truck form and shows your organization's data next to Amazon Relay pages. The dashboard holds a template library, a driver board and trips. The bot delivers messages your organization configured.
The service never books a load. While a dispatcher is signed in to Amazon Relay, the extension reads the load board in the background to keep the shared load board current. It posts trucks by itself only where your organization has turned AutoPost on. The service does not bypass Amazon's protective measures. You must not use the service for any automation that the Amazon Relay terms prohibit.
3. Your Amazon Relay account
Your Amazon Relay account stays yours. You are responsible for your organization's compliance with the Amazon Relay terms and the Carrier Terms of Service. Amazon alone decides how it enforces its rules, and we do not guarantee that using any third-party tool, including Relay Assist, will never lead to a warning or a suspension. Amazon and Amazon Relay are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
4. Accounts and organizations
An organization's administrator invites users, assigns roles and is responsible for their actions. You keep credentials confidential and tell us about unauthorised access. You warrant that you are entitled to enter driver data and have informed the drivers.
5. Chrome extension licence
We grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Relay Assist extension on your users' devices for the duration of the subscription. You may not copy, modify, decompile or resell the extension or the dashboard, circumvent plan limits, or use the service to build a competing product. All rights in the software remain ours.
6. Subscription and payment
Plans, renewal, cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can cancel through the same channel you subscribed with, in one message.
7. Your data
Data your organization enters belongs to your organization. You grant us the right to process it only to provide the service. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. On request we provide an export of your organization's data in a machine-readable format.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, upload malicious code, attempt to access other organizations' data, load the service with automated requests, impersonate anyone, or use the service to infringe third parties' rights, including copyright. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, contact us through the channels below with a description of the material and proof of your rights; we respond within 10 business days.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, with advance notice when the change is material.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. Driver status and planned sleep, rate, mileage and weather figures are reference information based on the data your organization entered and on third-party sources. They do not replace an ELD, official logs or the dispatcher's own check. Compliance with DOT and FMCSA rules remains the carrier's responsibility.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, suspension of an Amazon Relay account, penalties or indirect damages. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms after notifying you, unless immediate suspension is needed to protect the service or third parties. After termination, data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
Disputes are first addressed by negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute goes to the competent courts at the operator’s seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We give at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
